Land Lines and Non-Working Numbers

It is critical that all your subscribers have explicitly opted in to receive text messages from you prior to sending and it is your responsibility as the sender to keep up with unsubscribes, change of numbers and non working number. 

If you're a PRO account holder you have some features to help you with this.

Our system sends to all your numbers on the first send (and you will be charged for all sends).  Our software logic then helps remove most unsubscribes, unfavorable responses, and inactive lines where possible.  You'll see these numbers automatically go to the unsubscribe list after the first send and you'll not be able to send to them again unless the subscriber replies with START.
