Generic Auto Responder
Please be sure to check your generic auto-responder settings.
Go to your account then profile (top right on the navigation bar).
Please make sure you have opt-out language in your auto responder.
For example:
Thanks for texting us at xxx company.
This is a text only number
Reply Stop to unsubscribe
Sometimes subscribers will mistype or ask questions via your text number. If the generic auto-responder is in place, and the single reply is NOT checked, they will receive your generic auto-responder message each time they text to you. This can become frustrating to those who are using the system for individual back and forth questions and answers so please be sure to select the one time reply setting if this is best for your business.
If you leave this blank they will not get a reply, this is NOT recommended.
