What happens to my account if the balance goes negative or to zero?

We'll freeze your account until it's paid.  Normally we release your number after 90 days of inactivity or overdue accounts. Once number is released, the account is no longer registered. The carriers are constantly upgrading what is required to pass the mandatory carrier registration.


*For Legacy Plans - If you run out of Monthly credits you can purchase Anytime credits


*For Newer Customers - If you run out of credits simply upgrade to the next plan.
