How does a customer unsubscribe?

A customer that wants to unsubscribe simply should reply with STOP to your Betwext Texting number.  You should add opt-out language to your texts and opt-in forms., for example: Reply stop to unsubscribe.


Betwext also has a dashboard for you to manually unsubscribe subscribers.  Please click on All Responses after login and be sure to manually unsubscribe anyone necessary prior to sending each campaign. This is your responsibility as the account holder to check for people who want off your list, but did not reply with opt-out language, before every send.
