Do you offer refunds on purchased credits?

Per the terms of service agreed upon at sign up we do not offer refunds on purchased or plan credits

You may request a full refund of any unused, non-monthly plan credits within one full business day of purchase.  No other refunds will be given.

Customers are welcome to utilize all of their existing credit (minus their subscription fees) until such credits reach zero or before your next billing date would hit. .
