How do ‘keywords’ work?

Once you setup a Keyword, you can have customers text that Keyword to your texting number to subscribe to that list. ALL Betwext packages offer unlimited Keywords. 

Unlike most companies, you'll be assigned your own texting number (not a shared number) so your Keywords will ALL be available to you.  There is an exception, of course, with reserved Keywords such as STOP, START, YES and HELP.

You can edit or delete Keywords in our system.   You can edit them at any time by clicking the edit button to the right of the keyword.  You can delete a Keyword by clicking the more info button (to the right of the Keyword) and then clicking the red trash can button.
