How do ‘Keywords’ work?

Keywords are a terrific way for your customers to opt-in to receive text messages from you.

Once you setup a Keyword, you can have customers text that Keyword to your texting number to subscribe to that list. ALL Betwext packages offer unlimited Keywords. 

All Keywords will be available to you.  There are a few exceptions, of course, with reserved Keywords such as STOP, START, YES and HELP.

You can edit them at any time by clicking the edit button to the right of the Keyword.  You can delete a Keyword by clicking the more info button (to the right of the Keyword) and then clicking the red trash can button.
