What do I need to do to add subscribers?

1) It is required that you PASS the mandatory carrier registration before ANY sending or uploading can take place.

If you have not already filled out the mandatory carrier registration paperwork, please email support@betwext.com so we can send you the proper form for your type of number.

2) Confirm that ALL of your subscribers have explicitly opted-in to receive text messages from you or the company you represent. PRIOR to you sending them a message

We recommend using Keywords to add your opted-in subscribers. Once you set up a Keyword, your customers can text that Keyword to your texting number to subscribe to your list/texts.

Once you have passed mandatory carrier registration and confirmed all of your subscribers have explicitly opted-in to receive messages from you, you can upload your opted-in subscribers using a csv file.
