How many messages can I send at a time?

The answer depends on how your texting account was registered with the carriers and what type of texting number you have. Please email support@betwext.com and give us your email you log in with and your texting number if you know it. The carriers enforce this daily

It is critical that ALL your subscribers have explicitly opted-in to receive text messages from you PRIOR to sending them a message.

We recommend:

1) Introduce yourself in every message.  Not everyone saves your texting number in their contacts.

2) Stay away from bit.ly links and other link shorteners, carriers now forbid them.

3) Always add opt out language like "Reply stop to unsubscribe"
