Do you have a global unsubscribe list

We do have a global unsubscribe that is only in place on uploaded lists and may effect a subscriber if he or she is on the global do not contact list. In this case if someone has been unsubscribed from another platform they may not be subscribed to your list. However, if you add this same subscriber one at a time or they add themselves via keyword or START (to the long code) reply it will may not effect your sending ability to that end user. 

Please note that carriers can filter repeated marketing messages on 10 digit text numbers Carrier Filtering
so if you are sending a high volume of messages or want to send media messages (pictures etc) you should consider upgrading to our short code package 99888. The only way to resubscribe to the short code accounts are to reply with one of your chosen keywords.
