Password Reset

First, be sure your email and password are correctly case sensitive. 

Sometimes, clearing your browser history and saved passwords will also help prior to a reset.

Please watch this video for reset help and follow the instructions below.  Please note the PLUS and PREMIER plans must go to a domain to login. Legacy GOLD and SILVER will see in their URL.

1. Be sure your user email is case sensitive.
2. Look in your bulk mail folder for an email from us if you can't find it. 
3. Be sure to activate the link in the email we send you when setting up a new password.

Once you're in the system you can go to your account profile on the top right and drop down to change password.
