Password Reset

First, be sure your email and password are correct as they are both case sensitive, if you copy and pasted them please try typing them both manually.


Sometimes, clearing your browser history and saved passwords will also help prior to a reset.


From the login page enter your account email and click the Forgot Password link below the submit button, follow instructions.

1. Be sure your user email is case sensitive.


2. Look for an email from support@betwext.com with the Subject Line "Password Reset Instructions"  look in your junk or spam folder for if you don't see it in your Inbox. 


3. Be sure to activate the link by clicking on the link or copy and paste the link into a new browser (This link is in the email we send you when you click Forgot Password and enter your email)


4. Use the temp password from the email to log into your Betwext account.  


5. Once you're logged into your account, you can change your password by clicking on Account on the top right navigation bar.  Click on Change Password.  You'll need to enter the Old password (this is the TEMP password you just used to login with) type in your new password twice.  Click the Blue Change Password button to save.

Remember the password is case sensitive
